So, backstory: when I was around eight years old, I really wanted to make a series of Pokémon fangames. I made up a bunch of fictional Pokémon, and one of them was this guy, a Steel-type Eeveelution. Then TheRadiantLegend wanted me to draw one, so here it is!

This thing has razor blades all over its body, it's so edgy.

Pokémon is © Nintendo. I mean, this is an original design, but... still?
